Palisade and Aware Super to acquire 49% stake in Stockyard Hill Windfarm from Goldwind for $487m.

Palisade, a private equity firm, and Aware Super, a fund, agreed to acquire a 49% stake in Stockyard Hill Windfarm from Goldwind, a provider wind power solutions, for $487m. “We are pleased to secure this high-quality investment on behalf of our clients.
