All for One Group SE to acquire a 49% remaining stake in All for One Poland from SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner.

All for One Group SE, a consulting and IT group, agreed to acquire a 49% remaining stake in All for One Poland, a SAP and IT consulting company, from SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE, a software and consulting company offering transformation solutions and data migration tools for SAP environments. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the sale, we are strengthening our focus on our SAP transformation business, We have had a close business relationship with All for One for many years.
