Coesia-backed Hapa completed the acquisition of AMACO.

Coesia-backed Hapa, a provider of printing solutions in-house packaging in the pharmaceutical industry to improve lean production, completed the acquisition of AMACO, a provider of digital printing solutions for the medical packaging industry.
