Anticimex to acquire Desilíder.

Synopsis

Anticimex, an operator of a pest control company, agreed to acquire Desilíder, a provider of pest control, disinsection and hygiene services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this acquisition, which is the 8th acquisition in the last 7 years, Anticimex Portugal sees its position reinforced and continues on the path of becoming a leader in preventive pest control," Anticimex.
