Hastings Equity Partners completed the acquisition of GridSource.

Hastings Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of GridSource, utility contractor that specializes in infrastructure solutions for the telecom and gas industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Hastings has deep experience working in the industrial field-services market.
