21 Invest-backed Zanzar to acquire Proline.

21 Invest-backed Zanzar, a group active in the production of anti-insect systems, sunscreens, shutters and other accessories for the world of fixtures, agreed to acquire Proline, a company active in the production of anti-insect systems and fixtures. Financial terms were not disclosed. Proline is the second acquisition made by Zanzar during the year, in addition to that of the Tuscan company Palagina. Thanks also to this add-on Zanzar aims to achieve a turnover of about €135m in 2022.
