Siemens completed the acquisition of Vendigital from Livingbridge.

Siemens, a technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare, completed the acquisition of Vendigital, a consultancy firm, from Livingbridge, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome Vendigital to our growing Siemens Advanta business.
