Advantage Partners completed the acquisition of minority stake in Ecolocity from CLSA.

Advantage Partners, a Japanese private equity fund, completed the acquisition of minority stake in Ecolocity, a company that engages in operation, management, and consignment of monthly parking lots and sells coin-operated hourly parking lot equipment, from CLSA, a private equity and investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Ecolocity is expected to continue its growth journey and expand its offerings as part of Advantage Partners.
