ITOCHU-backed Enprotech to acquire American Hydro from Wärtsilä.

ITOCHU-backed Enprotech, a machinery industry corporation, agreed to acquire American Hydro, a custom hydropower refurbishment solutions and turbine services, from Wärtsilä, an innovative technologies and lifecycle solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The entire organization is extremely excited to add American Hydro to our collective portfolio of businesses focused on the maintenance, repair, rebuild and modernization of heavy industrial equipment.
