Velec Systems completed the acquisition of Multi-Fill.

Velec Systems, a high speed counting, distributing and packaging solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Multi-Fill, a volumetric dispensing equipment manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We had developed a process to align the products using centrifugal force. At the time, it was used to count many things such as bolts, pharmaceutical tablets or even coins used in telephone booths,” Loïc Pollet, Velec Systems CEO.
