EQT-backed Trescal completed the acquisition of SCTI, NSG, Delta-P, ASG X-Technologies and ICT for €25m.

EQT-backed Trescal, a calibration services provider, completed the acquisition of Standard Calibration Technology Institute, Nordic Service Group, Delta-P Monitoring Technology, ASG X-Technologies and Integrajaya Calibration Technologies, five HVAC services provider, for €25m. “As we begin a new chapter with EQT, these five acquisitions position us for excellent strategic growth in 2023 and beyond, particularly in Asia Pacific and the life science sector,” Guillaume Caroit, Trescal CEO.
