PERI completed the acquisition of Implenia.

PERI, an engineering and special formwork services provider, completed the acquisition of Implenia, a construction services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this purchase, we are expanding our competences and capacities in special formwork construction and in the areas of "Infrastructure" and " High Rise".
