Norconsult completed the acquisition of LB Consult.

Norconsult, a multidisciplinary engineering and design consultancy providing services to clients in the public and private sectors worldwide, completed the acquisition of LB Consult, an engineering consulting company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of LB Consult is in line with Norconsult's strategy to consolidate a stronger and more balanced position in the Nordics, which includes growth in Denmark, where we continue the good development.
