Potentia Capital to acquire a 25% stake in Soprano Design from HT&E for $45m.

Potentia Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a 25% stake in Soprano Design, a mobile messaging technology provider, from HT&E, an Australian media company, for $45m. “We have tracked the CPaaS sector over a number of years and have been highly impressed by Richard and the broader Soprano management team.
