Investika and Bud Holdings completed the acquisition of Face2Face Business Campus.

Investika, a Czech real estate investment fund, and Bud Holdings, a Luxembourg-based private equity company, completed the acquisition of Face2Face Business Campus, a modern two-building complex. Financial terms were not disclosed. The complex’s green patio that offers relaxation zones, outdoor work, a basketball / volleyball court, flower meadows and a dining area, meets the highest sustainability standards. Completion of the construction and delivery of both office buildings took place in late 2020. The buildings are energy efficient and environmentally friendly, as evidenced by the BREEAM certification at Excellent level.
