CELEPSA to acquire Termochilca for $141m.

CELEPSA, a hydroelectric power plants operator, agreed to acquire Termochilca, a natural gas power plants company, for $141m. "This transaction will represent an important milestone for our subsidiary CELEPSA, since it would double its current installed capacity, strengthening its position as a relevant player in the Peruvian electricity market and renewing the UNACEM Group's commitment to the country's growth," CELEPSA.
