PPC Enterprises-backed Life Science Outsourcing, a performance-driven contract manufacturer, completed the acquisition of J-Pac Medical, a medical technology manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "J-Pac Medical stood out as a unique and attractive business that aligned perfectly with LSO's strategic and commercial objectives.
