York Capital-backed Healthcare Linen Services Group, a provider of healthcare laundry services, completed the acquisition of Linen King, an independent provider of healthcare laundry services, from Seaport Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This partnership reaffirms our commitment to executing on our growth strategy, which includes expanding our geographical reach into new contiguous markets, increased processing capacity, and, ultimately, our ability to service customers in a more comprehensive way.
