VINCI Energies to acquire Otera.

VINCI Energies, a global company in concessions, energy and construction businesses, agreed to acquire Otera, a company in the design, installation and maintenance of the electricity grids, roads and tunnels. Financial terms were not disclosed. This transaction will enable VINCI Energies to strengthen and expand its offer and expertise in Norway through its Omexom brand, with ownership of one of the leading companies in the sector. VINCI Energies will thus employ more than 1.1k people in the country and annual revenue of about €250m, and will contribute to the acceleration of the national energy transition.
