Scale Aquaculture to acquire Skala Maskon.

Scale Aquaculture, an international company within aquaculture, agreed to acquire Skala Maskon, a company develops and manufactures solutions and special machinery for the robotisation and automation of all kinds of industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
