Dorf Ketal Chemicals, a privately-owned global specialty chemicals company, completed the acquisition of the modified and synthetic acid business of Fluid Energy Group, a global chemical company specializing in developing and manufacturing eco-friendly, low-hazard, technically advanced chemical systems, for $60m. "This acquisition will bring additional strategic assets, innovative new technology, talented people, and strong customer relationships into Dorf Ketal.
