PNC Riverarch Capital completed the acquisition of Backerhaus Veit from Swander Pace Capital.

PNC Riverarch Capital, a middle-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Backerhaus Veit, a Canadian bakery company, from Swander Pace Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It has been a pleasure partnering with the Backerhaus Veit team to help the company reach its potential and pave the way for its next chapter of growth.
