Volaris Group completed the acquisition of ClickDimensions from Accel-KKR.

Volaris Group, a software company, completed the acquisition of ClickDimensions, a marketing automation software provider, from Accel-KKR, an American technology-focused private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the strength and global scale of Volaris behind us, we envision a bright future for ClickDimensions and the customers and partners we serve. We look forward to continuing development of our product suite and further solidifying our long-term commitment to the Microsoft ecosystem, innovation and SMB market,” Mike Dickerson, ClickDimensions CEO.
