NOVA, a Scandinavian consulting firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Dekode Interaktiv, a wordpress agency. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Dekode starts and ends with our employees, and it is precisely Nova's value base that enabled the dialogue that ultimately brought us together.
