Morato completed the acquisition of Harrys Restauration from Barilla France.

Morato, a company in industrial bakery sector, completed the acquisition of Harrys Restauration, a food and beverage manufacturing company, from Barilla France, a company manufactures flour products. Financial terms were not disclosed. For the acquisition, Morato received financial support from Finint sgr Investments, Finest, Banque Publique D’Investissment and Banque CIC. The operation is in line with the group’s strategic objective of developing at least 50% of turnover abroad, both through consolidation on already manned markets and through the development of new opportunities in countries with high potential for reference categories.
