Synopsis
SES-imagotag, a specialist in electronic shelf labeling systems and physical retail, agreed to acquire In The Memory, a company specialized in data analysis and decision-making tools for trade. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are convinced of the interest of this rapprochement with SES-imagotag. Four years after the creation of Memory, this alliance will allow us to accelerate our international deployment and is part of a shared vision of the digitalization of commerce. Together, we will be able to enrich our solutions with store data captured via the VUSION platform, and develop new products by capitalizing on the complementarity of our solutions with SES-imagotag's IoT & Data solutions. Merchants and their partner brands will thus have at their disposal even richer tools, able to help them in their operational and strategic decision-making," Alexis Mau, In The Memory President.
