Sona Comstar, a manufacturer of automotive power train equipment and parts, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Novelic, a provider of mmWave radar sensors, perception solutions, and full-stack embedded systems, for €40.5m. ”I am excited to welcome NOVELIC to the Sona Comstar family.
