Endeavour to acquire Cape Mentelle Winery from Moët Hennessy for $13.5m.

Endeavour, an alcoholic drinks retailer, hotel operator, and poker machine operator, agreed to acquire Cape Mentelle Winery, a winery of the Margaret River wine region, from Moët Hennessy, the wines & spirits division of LVMH, for $13.5m. "The acquisition of Cape Mentelle was an important next step in enhancing Paragon Wine Estate’s fine wine portfolio, giving the business a premium presence in Western Australia," Steve Donohue, Endeavour Group CEO and Managing Director.
