Envivo Group and Civitas Investment Management completed the acquisition of Cavendish Care.

Envivo Group, an adult social care providers, and Civitas Investment Management, an investment manager, completed the acquisition of Cavendish Care, a healthcare service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our purpose is to support people to flourish in a place they call home.
