Sulo completed the acquisition of Inovim Group.

Sulo, an environmental consultancy company, completed the acquisition of Inovim Group, a waste management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Based on the new partnership, the parties can provide, with all their products and services, a very complete range of waste collection equipment to the market.
