Apex Group completed the acquisition of Pacific Fund Systems from Pollen Street.

Apex Group, a global financial services provider, completed the acquisition of Pacific Fund Systems, a global fund administration software business, from Pollen Street, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
