Arc Group completed the acquisition of Asia Perspective for $12.8m.

Arc Group, a financial services and advisory firm, completed the acquisition of Asia Perspective, a management consulting firm, for $12.8m. “Asia Perspective and ARC Group are complementing each other’s expertise and resources, which will enable us to offer our clients a more comprehensive set of services.
