Enbridge completed the acquisition of a 10% stake in Gray Oak Pipeline from Rattler Midstream.

Enbridge, an operator of a crude oil and liquids pipeline system, completed the acquisition of a 10% stake in Gray Oak Pipeline, an integrated energy company, from Rattler Midstream, a midstream oil and gas company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition further expands Enbridge's presence in the Permian, aligns with the Company's export strategy, and simplifies the ownership structure. Gray Oak is competitively positioned to remain well-utilized as Permian Basin oil production grows," Enbridge.
