Supermarket Income REIT to acquire an additional 25% stake in reversion portfolio of J Sainsbury for $211m.

Supermarket Income REIT, a London-based real estate investment trust, agreed to acquire an additional 25% stake in reversion portfolio of J Sainsbury, a United Kingdom-based merchandise retailer company, for $211m. Beneficial ownership of the five remaining stores is split between both companies using the same ratio as the beneficial interests.
