Imperial Manufacturing completed the acquisition of Norbel Metal Service.

Imperial Manufacturing, a privately held organization which primarily deals in the air distribution and building products industry for the residential and light commercial markets, completed the acquisition of Norbel Metal Service, a steel service center. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to be working with Imperial Manufacturing Group and Pointe-Claire Steel.
