FSN Capital, a Northern European private equity investment firm, and Verdane, a specialist growth equity investment firm, agreed to invest €135m in Polytech, a wind turbines company. “As wind turbines are growing bigger and more complex, there is a need for more sophisticated solutions to enhance and protect these assets.
