High Speed Gear completed the acquisition of BlackPoint Tactical and Crucial Concealment.

High Speed Gear, a retail company that manufactures and supplies cut and sew nylon, magazine pouches, tactical nylon and tactical belts, completed the acquisition of BlackPoint Tactical, an e-shop that retails blades, pouches, hardware, and quick ship inventory, and Crucial Concealment, a producer of weapon concealment accessories. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The BlackPoint and Crucial Concealment line of products are a perfect addition to the High Speed Gear family. Having the ability to present multiple Kydex lines will allow us to grow deeper roots in law enforcement, military, and all of the consumer markets such as competitive shooting and concealed carry. HSGI is dedicated to increasing our quality offerings and this acquisition does that plus it allows us a deeper management team,” Bill Babboni, High Speed Gear COO.
