GrayMatter completed the acquisition of Phantom Technical Services.

GrayMatter, an industrial technology and consulting firm, completed the acquisition of Phantom Technical Services, a provider of customers in the food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, metals, and discrete manufacturing sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Expanding GrayMatter’s presence in the industrial automation space is a big priority.
