United Robotics Group completed the acquisition of Robotnik Automation.

United Robotics Group, an expert hardware and software service robotics company, completed the acquisition of Robotnik Automation, a robot product development and robotics R&D projects company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have been working with Robotnik as our strategic partner and I am delighted that the company is officially joining our group. We will have 70 experts with extensive experience in robotics, especially in the areas of R&D and software. This investment will support us in the development of more applications for CobiotX, the third generation of human-robot interaction,” Thomas Linkenheil, United Robotics Group Co-CEO.
