Docaposte to acquire Maincare from Montagu.

Docaposte, a digital trust leader in France and subsidiary of La Poste Group, agreed to acquire Maincare, a provider of software for public hospitals and health authorities, from Montagu, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Maincare is a great example of Montagu’s strategy of partnering with leading companies offering critical products and services.
