PINOVA Capital, a private equity firm in Munich, completed the acquisition of VTI Ventil Technik, a manufacturer of valves and regulators in the high-pressure segment, from Aalberts, an aluminum precision extrusion company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very pleased to have found in PINOVA an experienced partner that fully supports our ambitious growth plans within and outside Europe," Lutz Lohmann, VTI Managing Director.
