Pfizer, an American multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation, agreed to acquire manufacturing facility in Sanford of Abzena, a provider of services and technologies for the selection, development, and manufacture of biopharmaceutical products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re thrilled to announce this agreement with Pfizer.
