Morellato Group, an Italian corporate group that designs and manufactures design jewellery and watches, agreed to acquire Christ Group, an omnichannel player in the jewelery and watch sector in Europe, from 3i Group, a British multinational private equity and venture capital company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The transaction is part of a precise industrial integration project undertaken by the Group.
