Charger Investment Partners to acquire CMI.

Charger Investment Partners, a private equity firm that invests in dynamic small and mid-sized companies primarily in the industrial, services, and consumer industries, agreed to acquire CMI, a designer and manufacturer of innovative, engineered products for shoreline preservation and marine access.
