CML Microsystems completed the acquisition of Microwave Technology for $18m.

CML Microsystems, a semiconductors manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Microwave Technology, a RF & microwave discrete semiconductor products manufacturer, for $18m. "We are delighted to finally welcome MwT into the CML Group.
