Apixit completed the acquisition of Orsenna.

Apixit, an IT services company engaged in IT integration, cybersecurity services and digital solutions for enterprise clients, completed the acquisition of Orsenna, a company specializing in the fields of IT infrastructure monitoring and cybersecurity. Financial terms were not disclosed. Thanks to this new acquisition, we will be able to offer our private and public clients, large companies or mid-sized companies, software solutions for monitoring and observing their infrastructures as well as their applications. This acquisition allows us to improve our value proposition in managed services with monitoring and security cockpit offerings, complementing our NOC and SOC offerings," Fabrice Tusseau, Apixit President.
