Corpfin Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Mediterraneo Global, a real estate services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Mediterranean is the ideal platform to promote the consolidation and professionalization of a highly fragmented sector, with more than 15,000 registered property managers managing close to a million homeowners' communities in Spain.
