Servly Group, a brand-independent and provider of installation and service of white goods and other home products, completed the acquisition of QSR & Brion Vitvaror, a comprehensive supplier of professional kitchen equipment and offers everything from installation and design to manufacturing. Financial terms were not disclosed. The company complements Servly's existing operations in the Gothenburg region in a strategically good way, where Servly now provides a wide range of advice, service and installation of household appliances to both private consumers and business customers. Through the acquisition, Servly has a better opportunity to exchange experience and resources both locally and regionally in the Gothenburg region, which benefits both employees and customers.
