Cressey & Company-backed Home Care Pulse completed the acquisition of Activated Insights and Pinnacle Quality Insight.

Cressey & Company-backed Home Care Pulse, a provider of post-acute care, completed the acquisition of Activated Insights, a senior care company offering employee engagement solutions, and Pinnacle Quality Insight, a customer and employee insight company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Activated Insights and Pinnacle Quality Insight meaningfully expand our reach in the healthcare industry, as our product offerings naturally complement one another. The combination will accelerate our ability to offer more effective certifications and enhance our experience surveys, while drawing insights and benchmarks from an expansive set of customer and employee experience data," Todd Austin, HCP President.
