Alterra Mountain completed the acquisition of Snow Valley Mountain Resort.

Alterra Mountain, a ski resort operator, completed the acquisition of Snow Valley Mountain Resort, a Southern California ski resort. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Snow Valley Mountain Resort is a continuation of our ongoing mission to build a premier portfolio of great mountains in robust markets.
